By the act of visiting, purchasing products or receiving the services offered through our website, the user or customer assumes without any reservation the obligations we establish in these general conditions of contract. Therefore, before starting any purchasing process please read carefully the content of our conditions and of other specific conditions related to each particular good or service.

The contracting of our goods and services is, at once, subject to the conditions laid down in Privacy Policy, which are complementary regulations regarding matters not covered by these general conditions and in what does not object to them.

  • All transactions, requests and offers, in order to have legal validity, must be confirmed by the company in writing via email. The company reserves the right to reject orders within 5 calendar days by advising the customer via email.
  • These General Conditions determine the legal relationship between the company and the client, except when an enhanced contract in writing (e-mail) is performed. This reflects all agreements between the parties regarding the subject of contract.
  • The company staff are not authorized to make verbal agreements with customers that deviate from these conditions. Verbal agreements by the company or the customer are not binding and are not legally binding, unless they are confirmed in writing as modifications to the General Conditions.
  • Any confirmation of amendments, offers or similar, whatever their purpose, must be made in writing by e-mail. No other medium will be accepted.

At, we reserve the right to change at any time our commercial offer (changes to products, prices, promotions and other sales and services).

At the same time, we will make every effort, within our means, so that the information contained on the website is accurate and there are no typographical errors. In the event that, at some point, an error of this kind occurs outside the will of, it will be corrected immediately. With each of the products and services we include a photo or a graphic, faithfully reproducing the external appearance of the product / service as well as a summary or commentary on the features and characteristics that determine the products.
Along with this information, we add the price of sale or service expressed in euros, including applicable taxes at the time of purchase. The transport cost will appear separate to the purchase price. The customer is entirely responsible for the use made of the agreed good or service, exonerating of any liability for damage that may be caused for any reason. provides customers the ability to use all electronic media to access the portfolio of services we offer on our website, as well as providing consultation of catalogues and rates.

All of the designs we offer for sale on are owned by us, permitting the use of which exclusively to our customers. Design and image rights must be purchased for all prints from our platform and for any contracted printing design external to our platform.

All designs we receive from customers which are used on our seeded paper will belong to the customer and may not be used for our own benefit.

The prices of products, content and services that are displayed on our website are in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT); all other relevant taxes at the time of purchase will be specified separately. The payment of such taxes, as with any other tax, will be paid by the client, including customs and taxes arising from the commercial transaction.

Our website is very dynamic and handles a lot of prices, which can fluctuate suddenly. For this reason we do not guarantee prices obtained prior to two months previously. The prices we provide in our estimates can vary with respect to those that can be seen in the price tables on our website.

Deposit or bank transfer to our LABORAL KUTXA bank account.
The client will pay the total amount of the invoice to our bank account, indicating name, surname, identity number and the order number or item(s) purchase number.

If payment is made by credit card or cash deposit to LABORAL KUTXA (incurring no cost to the customer) this will be recorded and evidenced online within minutes.

If payment is made by bank transfer, it will take 1 or 2 business days for us to receive the payment in our account. Should you require that we start preparing the order as soon as possible, simply send us proof of payment via email to

This is the time between when an order is placed and when it reaches the recipient. This depends on the sum of three factors: backlog + production time + transport time.

Your order is queued into a strict order of arrival. The production time for quantities of less than 5000 units is 4 to 6 working days, taking into account the backlog at any given time.

When confirming the order we will notify you of the required days of production. Due to the large volume of orders at Christmas and spring, please plan your purchases in advance.

The shipping time may vary from 3 to 10 working days for Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We cannot ensure similar delivery times when shipping abroad.

Delivery dates apply to most of the national territory but are always estimated and may be delayed for reasons that are beyond our control.

For transporting abroad, delivery time is dependent on the distance to be covered and the possibility of customs procedures. Delivery can take between 8 to 12 days, regardless of customs procedures.

When the package passes into the possession of MRW, we will facilitate the tracking of your order.

It is essential to cancel an order prior to the production process because once this process has begun no refunds of any kind are permitted.

If the production process of your order has not yet begun, you will receive a full refund, less 5% of the total order value, on account of bank and office expenses incurred by Natural Branding, S.L.

No claims permitted later than 48 hours from receipt of product.

The seed paper is original and handmade from natural fibers. The paper weight can vary slightly in each sheet, so the behavior within the printing machine may be somewhat unstable resulting in slight variations in colour uniformity.
Also, due to the lack of adjustment, the document may vary within a millimeter of the print specifications.

Slight deviations from the original which can arise during the different production processes are not grounds for complaint:

  • Slight deviations in colour.
  • Slight cutting and folding resistance (depending on the format).
  • Slight deviations in the finish.
  • For technical reasons, slight variations in comparison with services or products completed previously.

On issues subject to production:

  • Slight inconsistencies in the folds or variations in stiffness are acceptable as it is not possible to control the sheet orientation.

On issues subject to delivery:

  • If the package arrives broken, damaged, dirty, wet or in really poor condition, this should be reflected immediately on the delivery note.
  • If taking a complaint to the delivery company, it is always better to attach photographs.

We exclude any other claims by the customer, regardless of the legal reason. The company is excluded from all liability for damages resulting from other objects other than the object of delivery.
Notwithstanding this, if a customer is not satisfied, a claim can be made.

Expenses incurred for shipping and others that may arise, such as customs, shall be borne entirely by the customer.

We require a contact telephone number and suitable delivery address (where somebody habitually resides) for receipt of goods. The customer agrees to permit the delivery of the order, providing a mailing address where the order can be delivered to within the common delivery time of goods (in normal working hours in each country). In the case of default by the customer of this obligation, shall bear no responsibility for the delay or inability to deliver the order requested by the customer.

If the delivery cannot be made to the provided address, the agency will notify the client or retry the next day.

In the event that our product arrives faulty, Natural Branding S.L. will act appropriately and accordingly in respect of: replacement, price reduction, repair or termination of the contract as appropriate, procedures that will be free to the consumer and user.

The client of affirms at all times that the information that is requested in the user registration form and when placing an order is accurate, and to keep this information updated at all times. All information provided by our customers to will be included in an automated personal database, created and maintained under the responsibility of the company, with the objective of establishing information fields on the user platform for returning customers. The customer may accept or not accept the use of this data for other purposes.

In the event that the information supplied is associated with a purchase, it is obliged under Spanish law to keep this information for at least 5 years. As a result, this information cannot be erased or amended regardless of any client requests to do so.

This contract agreement will terminate when both sides meet the obligations to which they engage, as well as in other cases provided by law.

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect other provisions of the agreement, which retain their validity.

These General Terms are governed by Spanish law. Parties submitting to the resolution of conflicts are to do so in the courts of Vitoria, renouncing any other jurisdiction in the courts of their locality.
