The manufacturing process is by hand, slow and laborious. We only use raw materials such as cotton or recycled fibers.
We use the traditional method of manufacturing from the Netherlands, the “Netherlands Batteries” method, to refine the fibers.
We then continue with the preparation of the sheets, one by one. Next, the paste is distributed through traditional sieves, spreading the seeds we have chosen. After that, we quick dye the paper in order to ensure good germination of the seeds. Finally, to end the process, we apply a cold pressing.
This is why the sheets can sometimes vary in weight, since the resulting paper density is not always the same.
The seeds we use, have been chosen by their ease of germination.
Our plantable seed paper is an environmentally friendly product, ideal for green marketing campaigns.
